All of our items are custom made, sized, kitted, and packed to order in house by our small team.
This means that all items do require some time to prep before they are ready to be shipped. 

We are continually processing, packing, and filling orders as quickly as we are able. Our goal is always to meet or beat our standard shipping windows as stated below, and on individual item listings on our website

Fulfillment Times:  When will my order ship? 

Common processing times before shipment: (please see specific listings for specific fulfillment times)

  • MFP Rope:  2-4 Business Days   (full 300-800ft spools may take 1-4 weeks depending on availability)
  • POSH Rope: 3-6 Business Days (Larger orders and alt lengths may take longer)
  • Candles: 2-6 Business Days  (Large sets occasionally take longer) 
  • Leather/Impact (single toys):  5-7 weeks
  • Leather/Impact (kits/large orders): 7-8 weeks
  • Accessories & Books:  1-4 Business days

It is is likely that your order will get filled & shipped before the end of this window, but it is also possible, especially for larger or more customized orders that your order may take longer to fill.

If you need expedited processing for a special time critical event (ie birthday gift, anniversary, convention, workshop, etc) please contact us and let us know the date(s) and we will do our best to accommodate.  We recommend at a minimum selecting one of our expedited shipping options to help us get this there in time for your event. 

Once the item is ready for shipment, the speed it will arrive will depend on the carrier and mail type selected at checkout. These delivery times are AFTER the product has been made and shipped, and do not apply to our processing time. Please check the specific item you are purchasing for the expected production/processing time before shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!  Agreeable Agony ships our products to every country in the world. We offer a variety of different carrier options with various speeds of service. Shipping prices are calculated on the cart page and during checkout based on exact location and carrier chosen.

Shipping prices include cost of shipping only. Duty limits and fees vary in every destination. Customers are solely responsible for any VAT*, Taxes, or other import Duty* assessed by their individual country.   

*VAT/TAX & Duty is calculated and paid at checkout for all of EU, as well as UK, CA, CH, SG, EG, SA, EG, AE, JO, OM, BH, QA, KW.  For these destinations we prepay your taxes/duty at ship time. 
If you do not see Tax/Vat/Duty shown on cart that means shopify is unable to calculate it and it will be charged on delivery.   

Canada: When possible please use a Non PO box address.  Our primary carrier network does not utilize the PO box system for their last mile deliveries.

Do you offer free shipping? 

Yes!  for the USA, all orders over $49 total value now include free ground economy shipping. 

Worldwide!?  While we cannot offer free shipping to every destination, we do have free shipping thresholds in many countries including all of EU, AU, NZ, CA, UK, etc.  These vary by country, check the shipping bar at the top of the page! 

For everyone else? We have Dramatically reduced ship costs to ALL countries worldwide

You can still select an expedited shipping service if you desire.  Please note that ship time estimates at checkout are for actual time in transit in the mail and do NOT include our processing times stated above.  We do our best to rush expedited orders when possible, but please contact us in advance to discuss specific deadlines.

Is your packaging discrete?

We mail all of our packages in brown paper/cardboard mailers or usps/fedex branded envelopes.  For direct ship packages our return address lists our business name only as "AgAg."  

Some smaller orders may be shipped in mailers that have our Squid printed on the outside. They do not include our business name or any reference to kink. If you wish to specifically avoid even the squid artwork please include a note in your order that you wish plain packaging. 

For international mail, we do have to declare the contents of the package legally and fully, but we do our best to avoid sex and kink related words in the descriptions (Aka. "MFP Rope" not "Bondage Rope")

Are your shipments insured? 

We understand damaged and lost packages do sometimes happen.  All of our packages carry insurance through the mail carrier and/or additional 3rd party insurance as needed on packages over $100.  Standard insurance covers loss, damage, and recorded theft (video evidence, police report, etc is required for theft claims). 

If you want full coverage package insurance that you can control and claim yourself we recommend grabbing 3rd party insurance.

When will my tracking update?

All of our items are packed and shipped by our small team our of our workshop in MA, USA. Much of our shipping goes through the OrangeDS hub in NJ. Tracking numbers may take 1-2 Business Days to have useful updates. Rest assured, the package is on its way! 

If you are still not seeing any tracking updates (http://toys.agreeableagony.com/track) after 2+ Business Days please reach out and we can look into it and file a missing mail search if needed.

PLEASE NOTE:

Our customer service team utilizes the same tracking tools as our customers and therefore does not have access to any additional tracking details than what is currently being provided by the carrier.  We will do our best to assist you if needed, but it is often faster to reach out directly to the local last mile delivery carrier (USPS, UPS, Fedex, Royal Mail, Hermes, DHL, NZPost, etc) 

If your package is delayed beyond reason please do reach out and we will do our best to provide you with the tools to track it down or file insurance claims.
